Why not just use our agency for the strategy?

Your agency has a built-in interest in selling more of what they execute. I advise without hidden interests — I don't make money on your Google Ads budget or your tech licences. That makes the assessment of what should actually be prioritised significantly more objective.

Who needs to be involved on our side?

Typically a primary contact (head of marketing or equivalent) plus involvement from leadership and sales in 2-3 workshops. I also interview key people across marketing, sales and product so the strategy is anchored broadly — not just in one department.

How is this different from a strategy done by an agency?

An agency typically delivers a channel strategy (e.g. paid media or SEO). I deliver a digital business strategy that ties channels, technology, data, capabilities and organisation together — and that sets the frame for which agencies you should use and how.

What does an engagement cost?

Fixed price per engagement, typically in the range of DKK 150,000-350,000 (approx. EUR 20,000-47,000) depending on scope and complexity. You get a concrete offer after the scoping conversation — no surprises along the way.

What happens after the engagement?

Many choose to continue with a retainer as sparring partner, where I help with ongoing roadmap execution and direction adjustments. Others take the roadmap and execute themselves — completely up to you.
