Agreement & commitment

Monthly retainer, typically 6-12 months. Scope scales flexibly to fit your needs — from a fixed monthly meeting and ongoing Slack sparring to closer involvement in specific initiatives. We start with a scoping conversation to define your needs and find the right level.

How much time do we typically get per month?

The agreement is defined in hours or meetings per month depending on your needs. Most start with 4-8 hours/month distributed across a fixed monthly meeting, ongoing written sparring and ad-hoc calls when something is on fire.

What does a retainer cost?

Fixed monthly price based on agreed scope. Typical agreements range between DKK 15,000-45,000/month (approx. EUR 2,000-6,000). You get a concrete offer after the scoping conversation, and scope can be adjusted along the way if your needs change.

How does it work in practice?

We schedule a fixed monthly sparring meeting (typically 60-90 minutes). Between meetings you have direct access via Slack, Teams or email, and we can book extra calls as needed. Each quarter we review status and adjust direction.

Do you sell execution or tools as part of the agreement?

No. That's the whole point. I advise independently and earn no commission on your choice of agencies, vendors or tech. That's what makes the advice objective.

What's the difference between a retainer and ad-hoc advice?

With a retainer I know your business, history and priorities. You don't need to explain the context every time. That means faster, more precise sparring — and I can see trends in your development rather than isolated decisions.

Can we cancel the agreement?

Yes. The commitment period is typically 6 months, after which the agreement runs month-to-month with one month's notice. I work to make sure you get value from the agreement — not to lock you in.
