About the format

Generic AI courses and off-the-shelf workshops rarely create lasting change. Teams learn tools, but not how to apply them in your specific business.

My workshops and programmes are always tailored to your reality. We work with your own cases, your data and your processes. The goal isn't for your team to know what AI is — but for them to work differently when they show up on Monday morning.

Programmes can stand alone or be combined with ongoing sparring, so new knowledge is anchored and turned into working methods rather than one-off aha-moments.

Pricing

Fixed price per engagement. Price is adjusted to scope, number of participants and preparation required. We always start with a conversation about your team, your starting point and what you want to achieve — then I put together a concrete proposal with content, format and price.

Frequently asked questions

Why tailored workshops instead of a standard course?

Standard courses teach your team generic tools. They go home with a certificate and no change in behaviour. Tailored workshops work with your own cases, data and processes — and the team brings back concrete, usable working methods the same week.

How many participants can join?

I typically recommend 6-15 participants per workshop to ensure engagement and work with concrete cases. For talks and webinars there's no upper limit — those are about communication more than hands-on.

What does a workshop cost?

Fixed price per engagement. A 1-day in-house workshop typically costs between DKK 25,000-45,000 (approx. EUR 3,500-6,000) depending on preparation and participant count. Longer programmes with preparation, follow-up and sparring are priced individually.

How much preparation does it require from us?

Not much. I handle all preparation, pedagogy and material. I typically need 1-2 preparation meetings, access to relevant cases/data, and blocked calendars for the participants. That's it.

Can we get follow-up after the workshop?

Yes, and I recommend it. Without follow-up, new knowledge quickly fades. Follow-up can be e.g. 1-2 sparring sessions 4-6 weeks after, or an ongoing retainer where I keep momentum going.
